Delete your China MedPass account

For the China MedPass app (iOS and Android) and the patient portal on chinamedpass.com

You can delete your account at any time. Choose whichever way is easiest for you.

1. In the app

Open the China MedPass app, go to Profile, and tap Delete my account, then confirm.

2. On the website

Sign in at chinamedpass.com/login, open Profile, and choose Delete my account.

3. By email

If you can no longer sign in, email [email protected] from the email address of your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address before we act on it.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account, including any password, is removed immediately. You are signed out on every device.
• If you have a case with us, your coordinator then deletes your personal data: your name and contact details, your health information, the files you uploaded and your messages. We confirm by email when this is done.

What we keep

We keep only the records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices and payment records, and only for as long as required. These records are not used for anything else.
