Frequently Asked Questions
Will Beijing hospitals accept your translations?
Yes β we translate into the clinical format Beijing physicians expect, and we accompany our coordination patients so any question is resolved on the spot. For home use, translations are certified and accepted by doctors and most insurers.
How fast can records be translated?
Standard sets return in 2β4 working days; urgent cases can often be turned around within 48 hours β tell us your appointment date and we work backwards from it.
Is China MedPass a hospital or a medical provider?
No. China MedPass is an independent medical coordination service. We are not a hospital, clinic, or healthcare provider and we do not practise medicine. All imaging, diagnosis, and treatment are performed by licensed physicians at accredited Beijing hospitals; clinical decisions are theirs alone.
