What we do not provide
China MedPass is an independent medical coordination service, not a hospital or clinic. We do not provide diagnosis, treatment or emergency care, do not guarantee a specific doctor or surgical outcome, and do not represent any hospital officially unless explicitly stated in writing. All clinical decisions are made by licensed hospital physicians.
Compliance boundary
We provide non-clinical coordination and patient navigation only. Partnerships are structured to keep that boundary clear: clinical care stays with the hospitals and their licensed staff; China MedPass handles access, language and logistics. Pricing is transparent and we take no commission from hospitals.
