  • MRI — available, but needs advance booking (tell us before your visit so we can reserve a slot)

$300 is a flat half-day coordination fee — booking, a bilingual escort, a certified English report and DICOM files. The hospital's test fees are paid separately at the hospital, at its own actual rates; we give you an estimate before your visit. Screening reduces the chance of missing something but no test detects every condition.

Bilingual escort

A coordinator guides you through every department on the day and handles registration and payment.

Certified English report

Your full results translated, plus DICOM files for any imaging so your own doctor can follow up.

Doctor interpretation

A plain-English explanation of what the results mean, and coordination of any follow-up on abnormal findings.

Why this checkup centre

A certified, high-volume checkup centre — inside a public 三甲 hospital

Your checkup is done in the hospital's own dedicated health-management centre — a large, purpose-built department with its own entrance and equipment, not an outside checkup shop. Here is the scale and the accreditations behind it.

50,000+
checkups every year

Among the highest checkup volumes of any comprehensive hospital in Beijing — a high-throughput centre, not an occasional service.

1,000+ m²
dedicated checkup centre

A purpose-built health-management centre, physically separated from the outpatient and inpatient wings, with its own private entrance for checkup guests.

40+ years
of checkup experience

Screening since the early 1980s, and one of the first checkup centres licensed by the Beijing health authority.

Dedicated CT
reserved for checkups

The centre has its own CT scanner, so screening imaging isn't queued behind the clinical departments.

The hospital laboratory's accreditations

The bloods and lab work for your checkup are processed in the hospital's own laboratory, which is independently accredited to international and US standards — the reason your English report can be trusted by your doctor at home.

College of American Pathologists (CAP) accreditation logo
CAP

US laboratory accreditation — the same benchmark used by leading American hospital labs.

Medical laboratories (ISO 15189) accreditation logo
ISO 15189

The international quality standard specifically for medical testing labs.

Testing & reference laboratories (ISO 17025) accreditation logo
ISO 17025

The international standard for testing-laboratory competence and reliable results.

China National Accreditation Service (CNAS) accreditation logo
CNAS

China's national accreditation body for conformity assessment.

A senior clinical team — consultant-grade (senior-title) doctors and nurses, including PhD- and Masters-qualified physicians.

Accreditations are held by the hospital's laboratory. China MedPass is an independent coordination service and coordinates your visit; it is not the accredited laboratory.

Typical timeline

Most checkups are completed in a single morning (arrive fasting, 7:30–10:30). The essential tier is around half a day; the comprehensive and premium tiers take a full morning. A certified English report typically follows within a few working days.

Prepare

Fast (no food/drink) from the night before. Bring your passport. If you have prior reports or imaging, share them in advance so results can be compared. We confirm the exact prep for your tier when you book.

An honest word on screening: a checkup is a screening tool. It reduces the chance of missing something and can catch problems early, but no checkup detects every disease and a normal result is not a guarantee of health. All clinical decisions are made by licensed physicians.

Health checkup FAQ

Can I choose exactly which checkup I want?

Yes. Pick the tier that fits your situation and you’ll see the full itemised list before you book. We can also add or drop specific tests — tell us in the enquiry and we’ll quote the adjusted scope.

What do the prices include?

Each ‘from’ price bundles China MedPass coordination — booking, a bilingual same-day escort, a certified English report, doctor interpretation and DICOM files — with the hospital’s checkup fee. The hospital fee is set and paid at the hospital; you get a precise quote before committing.

Will I get an English report and DICOM files?

Yes — a certified English report, and DICOM image files for any imaging (ultrasound, X-ray, CT), so your own doctor can follow up.

Can a checkup detect every disease?

No. Screening lowers the chance of missing something and can catch issues early, but no checkup detects all conditions, and results can be normal even when a problem exists. Anything flagged is followed up with your own physicians, who make all clinical decisions.

Can foreigners get a checkup in Beijing?

Yes — Grade 3A hospitals and checkup centres see international patients as self-pay visitors; a passport is enough to register. We arrange booking, the escort and the English report.

Not sure which tier fits?

Tell us your age, history and what you want covered — we’ll recommend a tier and a clear estimate, and can tune the tests to your needs.
